They did it!!!
Ballet Lubbock were by far in the top 3 of the performances last night! All of the companies were very good and it was obvious this is everyone's best on stage.
We had the most original ballet piece, the best music, the best stage presence overall and the best costume!!
How do I know? People kept telling us!
The whole audience was constantly clapping or ohhing during the whole piece. The dancers gave it their all! They were "living" on stage. All of the directors were complimenting me on what a great piece it was and how talented the dancers are.
Your company represented you well. Bravo to the dancers!!!
Now it's back to classes. Today they have modern, ballet and Jazz. The exciting thing today is the ballet class is taught by Marianna Tcherkassky!!! Prima Ballerina form ABT. Google her. She is a legend. Very exciting.

Ballet Lubbock! We cannot tell you how proud you make us! I hope you know you represent us on stage and off; and I have no doubt people will be talking about you for months to come. You will have many Artistic Directors striving to push their students to your calibur, many younger dancers looking at you in awe and adjudicators clamoring to be the one to visit next year! BRAVO!!! We love you, appreciate you, and are as proud of you as if you were our own children. Sincerely, Dr. & Mrs. Clint Gregg (aka Lisa-you know he had very little to do with the above as he is at the hospital cutting someone open! But I promise he shares in my adoration!)

Hey guys, we are sooo proud of you, I knew you would be AWESOME!!! I am so inspired by your dedication and hard work! I'm really bummed that I'm not there with you, but know that I love you all! Hey Beautiful People!!! So proud of each of you. So thankful that each of you got to be a part of this. Thanks, Yvonne, for such an inpirational piece. I told Yvonne yesterday that I was thankful for her and for her getting Carleigh there, not just in body, but getting the "whole" of her there. That is true for all of you...hope you are "all" there. Yvonne and Company: Way to go guys and dolls. We knew you would represent us well and as usual you surpassed our expectations. I can only imagine how great you all looked on stage and I know you set the bar high for the remainder of the performances to come. We are all so very proud of you. Congratulations on a job well done and thank you Yvonne for the vision, the choreography, the inspiration and the work ethic you insist upon. You epitomize what an artistic director should be.
